Visit Benin Republic operates as a lean, purpose-driven organisation with a flat hierarchy, strong field presence, and an executive team that combines tourism expertise, technology capability, and deep local community relationships.

Tourism Operations

Designs, delivers and quality-controls all tour packages, guide services, accommodation bookings, transport logistics, and on-the-ground visitor experience across all six field offices.

Partnerships & Business Dev.

Develops and manages strategic partnerships with hotels, airlines, restaurants, investment bodies, government agencies, and diaspora investor networks across Europe and West Africa to build the commercial ecosystem that funds the platform’s growth.

Digital & Technology

Builds and maintains the VBR digital platform — website, booking engine, NEXUS AI infrastructure, payment integration,  API connections, and all cybersecurity systems.

Community Programmes

Manages all community-based tourism, volunteering placements, language immersion programmes, cultural exchange residencies, diaspora reconnection journeys, and the IYDN partnership portfolio — ensuring genuine, mutual benefit for visitors and host communities.

Marketing & Communications

Manages all brand communications, content production, social media, email marketing, press relations, and the digital marketing strategy targeting 50,000 monthly organic sessions and 10,000 email subscribers within 12 months.

Finance & Payments

Manages all financial operations, revenue tracking, guide and partner payments, booking commissions, and the financial reporting required for the platform’s
