Tour Details

21 days working remotely from Cotonou, West Africa. Fibre co-working. Long-stay accommodation. And VBR’s curated weekend cultural programme — Ouidah, Ganvié, Abomey, Porto-Novo — so you’re not staring at the same walls every Saturday.

The digital nomad economy has a predictable problem: the destinations that have the best Instagram content have the worst co-working infrastructure — and the ones with serious fiber have nothing to do on weekends. Cotonou solves this. West Africa’s most connected mid-size city (fiber internet infrastructure upgraded significantly since 2022, multiple dedicated co-working spaces at European standards) with VBR’s weekend cultural programme covering some of the most extraordinary experiences on the continent.

VBR’s 21-day programme runs Monday–Friday as your standard work week (co-working space, long-stay accommodation with reliable wifi, full kitchen facilities) and Saturday–Sunday as a VBR-guided cultural experience. Three weekends: Ouidah and Ganvié in Week 1, Abomey and Grand-Popo in Week 2, Porto-Novo and Cotonou deep-dive in Week 3. The weekends are included in the price. The rest of the week, you work.
